JOB TITLE: Manager, Content Delivery
Job Summary:
The Content Delivery Manager leads the delivery of creative assets across all channels, ensuring production, clearance, and localization are completed accurately and on time. Coordinates internal and external teams to ensure the smooth execution of global campaigns.
Requirements and Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in content delivery management, production, or post-production.
- Knowledge of linear, digital, social, OLV/CTV, DOOH, and audio media.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience in team leadership and development.
Key Skills:
- Strong organizational, planning, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of content delivery workflows and management tools (DAM, trackers, checklists).
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee content delivery for assigned campaigns and brands.
- Coordinate workflows, task assignments, and deliverable tracking.
- Ensure quality and compliance with specifications for all assets.
- Manage clearance, documentation, and metadata for assets.
- Lead and train the Content Delivery Associates team.
