Overview

Join Gallagher’s global Art Department as a Video Editor and help shape stories that inspire and connect. As part of our in-house creative agency, you will produce compelling video content that engages audiences around the world and brings Gallagher’s brand to life. Working alongside a collaborative, talented creative team, you’ll turn ideas into impactful visual stories—supporting our brand vision while contributing to a culture rooted in creativity, innovation, and partnership. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality video content across a variety of formats, from customer stories and executive interviews to social-first promotional assets. Your work will help shape narratives that inspire, connect, and resonate with diverse audiences globally.

About You

You have 5+ years of experience in video editing or motion graphics.
You’re skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, Frame.io, and Adobe After Effects, with a strong understanding of editing techniques, pacing, and sound design.
You’re familiar with Adobe Photoshop and other leading video editing tools. Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign is a plus.
You understand video formats, compression techniques, and social media specifications.
You’re fluent in English and can communicate effectively in a professional setting.
You thrive in both independent and team environments, balancing multiple projects with ease.
You’re detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
