In just 14 months since launch, Memorae has reached over 200,000 users, backed by a recently closed Seed round led by a top US-based venture fund. We are experiencing strong growth in both user adoption and engagement, with a well-positioned runway and a clear path to our next institutional fundraise. The company operates with headquarters in Andorra la Vella, engineering operations in New Delhi, and a growing distributed team across Europe and Latin America.
The RoleMemorae is scaling its paid media creative engine aggressively. We produce 40–50+ ad creatives per week across Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube—and we need AI-native video editors who can produce high-quality performance ads at speed using the latest AI video generation tools.
As an AI Video Editor, you are not a traditional video editor who happens to use some AI. You are someone who thinks AI-first: your primary production tools are Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Pika, and similar platforms. You understand how to prompt, iterate, composite, and refine AI-generated video into polished ad creatives that drive conversions. Speed and volume matter as much as quality—you will produce multiple creatives per day, not per week.
You operate within the Creative team, receiving briefs driven by performance data, and your output is measured by how your creatives perform in paid channels. This is not a brand video role—this is performance creative at scale.
As a Bogotá-based editor, you bring the advantage of timezone overlap with both the European headquarters and the Spanish-speaking creative market. You will produce creatives for both English and Spanish-language campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Produce 8–12 AI-generated video ad creatives per week, optimized for Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Google Ads placements
- Use Higgsfield as a primary production tool, complemented by Runway, Kling, Pika, and other AI video generation platforms
- Execute creative briefs with tagged hypotheses: specific hooks, angles, ICPs, and messaging frameworks to test
- Produce creatives for both English and Spanish-language campaigns and audiences
- Iterate rapidly on winning formats: when a creative shows strong early signals, produce 3–5 AI variations within 48 hours
- Composite AI-generated footage with text overlays, transitions, sound design, and platform-specific formatting
- Maintain a library of AI-generated assets that can be reused and recombined for speed
- Adapt creatives for multiple aspect ratios and platform specifications (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) efficiently
- Collaborate with the Creative Performance Coordinator on what’s working and what to produce next
- Communicate clearly in English with the international creative and growth team—English is the working language
What Success Looks Like- You consistently deliver 8–12 polished creatives per week across English and Spanish campaigns
- Your creatives regularly enter the Creative OS leaderboard testing queue and compete for winner status
- Turnaround from brief to deliverable is 24–48 hours
- You proactively suggest new AI techniques, tools, or formats that improve creative quality or production speed
- You communicate fluently in English with the team—briefs, feedback, and discussions happen without friction
Requirements- 1+ years of experience producing video content using AI generation tools (Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Pika, or similar)
- Strong proficiency with Higgsfield specifically—this is our primary AI video tool
- Experience producing paid social ad creatives (not just organic/brand content)
- Solid video editing fundamentals: pacing, transitions, text overlays, sound design, aspect ratio adaptation
- Experience with traditional editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, or After Effects) as a complement to AI tools
- Ability to work at high velocity: multiple deliverables per day, rapid iteration on feedback
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)—this is mandatory; the working language is English
- Native or near-native Spanish for Spanish-language creative production
- Portfolio or reel showing AI-generated video ad creatives
- Comfortable working remotely with European business hours overlap
