We’re a high-quality video production & content agency specializing in short-form social content, performance-driven ads, and premium visuals for architecture, real estate, and modern brands.

We’re looking for a creative powerhouse who can take projects from raw footage → final polished delivery while maintaining elite standards in visuals, sound, storytelling, and branding.

What You’ll Create

Short-form content for social (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
High-converting paid ads
Premium visuals for architecture, real estate & design brands
Fast-paced, intentional, cinematic-quality edits

Your Role

Edit top-performing short-form videos for social + paid media
Build visually stunning timelines with strong pacing & storytelling
Perform advanced color grading for a consistent, cinematic look
Use After Effects for motion graphics, transitions, and visual enhancements
Handle sound design (SFX, music, ambiances, audio cleanup)
Apply strong creative judgment and maintain brand consistency
Deliver clean, polished, on-time final videos—no shortcuts
Own projects from start to finish with professional workflow discipline

What We’re Looking For

We only want editors capable of producing agency-level, high-quality work.

Must-Haves

3+ years of professional editing experience
Expert-level in Adobe Premiere Pro & Adobe After Effects
Proven skills in:
Professional color grading
Sound design & audio mixing
Short-form editing for social (hooks, pacing, punchy cuts)
A portfolio with short-form edits that sell
Fast, accurate execution with minimal revisions
Strong organization & file management
Commitment to excellence and attention to detail

Bonus Skills

DaVinci Resolve (especially for color)
Experience with architecture, real estate, or design content
Advanced motion graphics/animation
Strong advertising & marketing intuition
Experience with Final Cut Pro
